ISTEP

The Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress Plus (ISTEP+) is administered in the spring to grades 3 through grade 8. The test measures what students know and are able to do at each grade level relative to the standards set forth by the state. It provides a check up to ensure that the students are on track or a signal that a student may need extra help.

End of Course Assessment

End-of-Course Assessments (ECA) are designed to ensure the quality, consistency, and rigor of courses across the state of Indiana. ECA are final exams that use state standards to measure what students know and are able to do at the end of specific courses. Algebra 1 is such a course. The eighth grade students will take the Algebra 1 ECA in May.
