SCRIP Program
SCRIP is a term that means substitute money. The program allows you to purchase scrip (gift cards or gift certificates) for everyday expenses like food, clothing, and entertainment while earning a percentage of each dollar of scrip purchased.
How it works:
Scrip forms will be sent home in the Friday folder, may be printed off from the website, or from the front office. Complete the scrip form and send it and cash or check (made payable to St. Malachy Parish School) for the face value of the gift certificates being ordered. Turn in to your student’s teacher on Mondays.
If a retailer that you are interested in is not listed on our order form, simply go to www.glscrip.com, click on “retailers” on the tool bar. If the preferred retailer is listed, hand write it on the order form and your order will be processed.
The filled order will be returned to you through backpack mail on the last day of the week.
